Impact Report 2022

In 2022, we launched our largest-ever UK Black History Month campaign under the theme ‘Sharing Journeys’, which garnered significant media attention. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who supported our campaign - whether by liking and sharing our media content, attending our events, or acknowledging it within a corporate setting.

In November, we turned our focus to the world wars, highlighting the often-overlooked contributions of Black British, African, Caribbean, and African American servicemen and women, whose efforts have been shamefully forgotten over the years. We also marked the winter FIFA World Cup by exploring key UK Black firsts in football.

Our end-of-year video showcases the highlights and achievements of the year. We look forward to continuing this journey of uncovering Britain’s hidden Black history in the months ahead.
